    NADIA MOON

    STRETCH | MOVE | BREATH | CELEBRATE

  • Yoga is not about self improvement.

    It is about self acceptance.

"Yoga" is a sanskrit word for union, connection.

It is a union with the whole.
A union with nature, with your body, with your aliveness, with your breath & the whole universe.
Through the practice of yoga you'll find what you are looking for.
    Yourself.
    Enjoy the ride.

    Welcome.

    I'm Nadia, a Yogini, Dakini & a Life Celebrator

With a 500+h Yoga Teaching Certification and over 10 years of experience, I'm a passionate and dedicated yogini, a traveler, a dakini, a wild dancer and a health projects organiser.

After many years working in the corporate world I decided to quit it all to follow my dream, intention and happiness in life.

My intention for this life time is to inspire and empower you to fall in love with yourself. With your body, your breath and your life force. To stretch more, laugh more and become more present and aware. To follow your dreams and your own path.

I believe in the power of yoga, meditation, dancing, chanting, breathing, and many other conscious embodiment arts.

    Let's Celebrate Life!

  • Nadia's Yoga Teaching Style

Nadia's yoga classes are enriching in spirit, body & mind, allowing the former to pop out and the latter to calm down. In Nadia's classes there is an emphasis on awakening the inner wisdom rather than reaching an outer outcome. Her Vinyasa Flow yoga asana style is mindful, creative, uplifting & energising. Asanas (body postures), Pranayamas (life force enhancement exercises through the breath work) and mantras singing (sacred chants) are always included in her classes. Offering some demonstrations, hands on assisting and plenty of variations to suit any level, all with a light hearted manner. You’ll leave her class feeling nurtured, uplifted, whole, re-energised and deeply aware of your own inner peace, strength & wisdom.

"This is a moving, breathing, meditation. Let the breath move you."

Nadia lives her yoga journey in between the East & the West of the world. India (where she studied and got certified), Thailand, Bali, Italy, New Zealand and wherever the wind will bring her. The 2 main sources of inspirations for Nadia are Guruji Pardeshi from the East - Indian side (classical Hatha Yoga flow & Pranayama) and Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton from the West side. This mix creates a perfect balance of yin & yang in her classes together with a sweet Italian touch.

That's the one I quit to be able to follow my dream :-0

Now I can say that I don't regret anything.

This job position gave me the skills, knowledge and experience to be able to apply them into a more ethical field. Into my dream, into my intention. The greatest skill it gave me though has been the awareness of what is not good for me and of what it is and pursue the latter.

I don't regret anything because every step I took brought me to the beauty of the present moment, to the beauty of the here & now.
